Shipping Policy


  1. Shipping LocationsWe currently ship our full range of men’s and women’s apparel to all valid residential and commercial addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We are unable to fulfill orders for our men’s/women’s pieces to regions outside the U.S. and Canada at this time. For Canadian orders of men’s/women’s apparel, international import rules (including duties, taxes, and customs requirements specific to clothing shipments) may apply; refer to our Duties & Taxes section for full details.
  2. Processing TimeAll orders for men’s and women’s apparel are typically processed within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. We do not process, ship, or deliver any orders on weekends or major U.S./Canadian public holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Canada Day). For Canadian orders, an additional 1–2 business days may be required to verify shipping details, prepare customs documentation, and ensure compliance with Canadian import regulations for apparel shipments.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your men’s/women’s apparel order ships. For Canadian shipments, tracking updates may pause once the package reaches Canadian customs, with further status available via Canada Post’s online portal.

    Upon shipment of your men’s/women’s apparel order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor package status.
  1. Lost or Delayed Packages
    If your men’s/women’s apparel package is significantly delayed or marked “delivered” but not received, follow these steps:

Our team will collaborate with the carrier to investigate the issue (including initiating a package trace if needed) and provide regular updates on resolving the status of your men’s/women’s apparel order.
